SHE: Support Her in Elevation is a mentoring programme dedicated to empowering women across Jordan’s higher education sector.

Through one-to-one mentoring, SHE uplifts women from diverse disciplines and age groups, enhancing their access to leadership opportunities while equipping them with the skills, confidence, and networks needed for success in academic leadership.

Aligned with Jordan’s national vision for gender equity and global efforts to advance women’s leadership in academia, SHE creates a women-for-women community – a safe, supportive, and culturally inclusive space where mentors and mentees can thrive and grow together.
